01 What's Covered
Pack-A-Drum warrants all equipment to be free of defective material or workmanship. This includes all mechanical components, structural elements, and operational mechanisms. Coverage extends to normal wear and tear under standard operating conditions.
02 Extended Coverage Requirements
To qualify for extended coverage up to 5 years, sites must maintain a minimum order of 6 rolls of Pack-A-Drum liners per year. This ensures proper maintenance and optimal performance of your equipment while providing maximum protection.
03 Claim Process
Filing a warranty claim is simple. Contact our support team with your serial number and description of the issue. We'll provide a return authorization if needed, and handle all repair or replacement at no cost to you. Most claims are resolved within 5-7 business days.
04 Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty is void on any unit showing evidence of misuse, abuse, or alteration. Damage during shipping should be reported to the carrier immediately. The manufacturer's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective units.
